目的:分析下丘脑前核升压反应的机理。方法:实验用乌拉坦麻醉、箭毒制动、人工呼吸的大鼠,脑内或静脉注射不同药物,观察血压和心率的变化。结果:将L-谷氨酸钠注入下丘脑前核引起升压反应。该反应可被双侧AV3V区(或室旁核)内预先注射普鲁卡因或心房肽Ⅲ抗血清衰减;而静脉内分别注射酚妥拉明、心得安或甲基阿托品虽均可使该反应稍减小,但无统计学意义。结论:AV3V区和室旁核内的心房肽Ⅲ参与下丘脑前核升压反应,而外周植物性神经不起重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the mechanism of hypothalamic anterior hypotensive response. Methods: Experiments with urethane anesthesia, arrowhead brakes, artificial respiration of rats, intracerebroventricular or intravenous injection of different drugs, observed changes in blood pressure and heart rate. Results: Injection of sodium L-glutamate into the hypothalamic pre-nucleus causes a step-up response. The reaction can be bilateral AV3V area (or paraventricular nucleus) pre-injection of procaine or atrial natriuretic peptide antisera decay; and intravenous injection of phentolamine, propranolol or methyl atropine can make the The response was slightly reduced, but not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Atrial natriuretic peptide Ⅲ in the AV3V and paraventricular nucleus is involved in the hypothalamic pronation-promoting response, whereas the peripheral vegetative nerves do not play an important role
