本文报道我院1988年收治的经冠状动脉造影确诊的劳力型心绞痛21例,分体外反搏治疗组与药物治疗组,两组性别、年龄、病程、病情相仿。体外反搏组为在抗心绞痛药物治疗基础上加上体外反搏治疗,共10例。药物组为单纯用抗心绞痛药物治疗,共11例,抗心绞痛药物及剂量两组相同。利用单光子发射型计算机断层(SPECT)作~(201)Tl运动心肌显像和极坐标靶心图显示(Bullsege display),以客观评价体外反搏治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。
This article reported in our hospital in 1988 admitted to coronary angiography diagnosed by labor-induced angina in 21 cases, external EECP treatment group and drug treatment group, the two groups of gender, age, duration, condition similar. EECP for the treatment of anti-angina drugs combined with external counterpulsation treatment, a total of 10 cases. The drug group was treated with anti-anginal drugs alone, a total of 11 cases, the same anti-angina drugs and doses. Using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) for ~ (201) Tl myocardial imaging and polar coordinate Bullsege display to objectively evaluate the efficacy of external counterpulsation in the treatment of angina pectoris.
