使用“CAXA制造工程师”完成模具凹模的三维造型设计。在设计过程中合理使用曲面、曲面裁剪除料和环形阵列等工具生成凹模型腔,使用软件的NC加工功能生成加工刀具轨迹,通过加工参数表和刀具轨迹可以对模具型腔进行CAM的编程加工,最终把加工工艺清单和G代码通过工厂的局域网送到车间。车间在加工之前还可以通过CAXA制造工程师中的校核G代码功能,再看一下加工代码的轨迹形状,进行仿真加工。
