国产彩电采用日本三洋83P机芯的很多,且绝大部分都没有过压保护功能。该机芯电源部分有一通病:即厚膜块A_(301)(JU0114)内部易开裂,开关管控制电容C_(330)(100μF/25V)易变质,导致冷态(开机瞬间)输出电压很高,造成行输出管、电源开关管等诸多元件同时损坏。为此,笔者为之增设了过压保护电路(如附图所示)。由于该机芯行输出变压器附近恰好有空余脚位(行输出变压器第⑧脚为空脚),因此可利用其安装过压保护电路。
