目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定小儿复方麻黄碱桔梗糖浆中薄荷脑的含量。方法:采用Agilent DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),FID检测器;进样口温度为:200℃,柱温:150℃,检测器温度:250℃;载气(氮气)流量:2.0 ml·min-1;分流比:1∶1;顶空平衡温度:80℃,平衡时间:30 min,进样体积:1 ml。结果:在该色谱条件下,薄荷脑在2.09~20.92μg·ml-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1);平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定小儿复方麻黄碱桔梗糖浆中薄荷脑的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of menthol in pediatric compound ephedrine eruca alba by headspace gas chromatography. Methods: The Agilent DB-WAX capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm, 1.0 μm) with FID detector was used. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of menthol in pediatric compound ephedrine edema syrup.
