从传统食品冬瓜鲜汁中经醇析、脱蛋白提取出粗多糖 ,粗品经sephadexG -10 0柱层析 ,硫酸-酚法收集单一峰组分得一冬瓜多糖样品 ,红外光谱显示该多糖有 892cm-1吸收峰 ,提示含有 β -D -吡喃糖苷键 ,可能是一活性多糖。分子量约为 2 3 0 0 0。利用薄层色谱和气相色谱对冬瓜多糖的成分单糖进行了分析 ,实验结果表明 ,冬瓜多糖是由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成的杂多糖 ,其百分含量分别为 4 7%、 6 79%、 1 91%、 2 0 2 %、6 36 %、 77 32 %。
Crude polysaccharides were extracted from the fresh gourd juice of traditional Chinese melon by alcoholysis and protein removal. The crude product was purified by sephadexG-10 0 column chromatography and the single peak fraction was collected by sulfuric acid-phenol method. The infrared spectrum showed that the polysaccharide had 892cm -1 absorption peak, suggesting that contains β-D - pyranoside bond may be an active polysaccharide. The molecular weight is about 2300. The monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides from melon was analyzed by thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography. The experimental results show that polysaccharides are polysaccharides composed of rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose and galactose, The sub-fractions were 4 7%, 6 79%, 1 91%, 202%, 6 36% and 77 32%, respectively.
