党的十三大提出社会主义初级阶段的基本路线,为我们新闻改革指明了目标。所以,首都新闻界在座谈、学习十三大文件的时候,大家都很高兴。在大会文件中,直接讲宣传工作、新闻工作的地方,可能在历次党代表大会文件中是比较多,比较明确的。十三大本身的宣传报道,也为我们的新闻改革树立了一个很好的榜样。十三大之后,中宣部召开了几次小型座谈会,全国记协、新闻学会也及时进行了学习讨论,这一段北京新闻界改革的呼声很高,思想也比较活跃。下面我
