胡卸文,西南交通大学教授,博士生导师。现任西南交通大学地质工程系系主任。四川省水力发电学会理事,中国地质学会工程地质专委会青委会副主任委员等职。 1992年以来,胡卸文共主持和参加了国家杰出青年科学基金,国家自然科学基金,国家教委跨世纪青年人才基金及省部级等20余项科研项目。多年的科研工作使其在岩土体工程地质特性、环境工程地质和岩土体稳定性及其加固治理具较高的学术造诣,尤其在岩体分级及其力学参数取值的理论和技术方法上提出了一些创新的论点和手段。如所完成的“澜沧江小湾水电站高拱坝坝基重大工程地质问题研究”成果中,针对目前水利水电工程岩体质量分类,他改变以往只进行“质”(即地质属性)的分级,而无“量”(即岩体力学参数)相配套的习惯作法,提出了普遍意义上岩体质量分类体系,即除对岩体质量的优劣进行分级外,更重要的是包含相配套的岩体力学参数选取这一重要内容。并从系统理论出发,得出了力学参数与反映岩体质量优劣的指标相关式,使岩体质量分类更趋合理,同时也使力学参数选取更加客观反映实际。该项目在1996年经部级鉴定,总体达到国际先进水平,部
