目的 :探讨临床前期糖尿病视网膜病变时黄斑区视功能变化问题。方法 :采用三种视功能检查方法 (视网膜电流图振荡电位OPs ;图形视觉诱发电位P -VEP ;静态视野SVF) ,对 3 1例 (62眼 )内科确诊为Ⅱ型糖尿病 ,病程在 5年以内 ,眼底无视网膜病变的临床前期病人进行检测分析 ,并与正常组作对照。结果 :视风膜电流图中OPs的振幅、静态视野的视敏度和缺损值与正常人有显著性差异 ;OPs的潜伏期及VEP的振幅和潜伏期与正常人无差异性。结论 :临床前期糖尿病视网膜病变开始受损部位是在黄斑以外网膜 ,黄斑区视功能的下降可能在其后。
Objective: To investigate the changes of visual function of macula in preclinical diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Thirty-one cases (62 eyes) were diagnosed with type II diabetes by three visual acuity tests (OPs; visual evoked potentials P-VEP and SVF); the course of disease was within 5 years , No retinopathy of preclinical patients with retinal detection and analysis, and with the control group. Results: Visual acuity and defect values of OPs were significantly different from those of normal subjects. The latency of OPs and the amplitude and latency of VEP were not different from those of normal subjects. CONCLUSION: The pre-clinical diabetic retinopathy at the lesion site is outside of the macula, and the decline of visual function in the macula may follow.
