当今世界科学技术日新月异 ,以详细技术要求和定量规定为主的传统规范 ,很难满足某些功能复杂、面积或空间较大的建筑设计和使用要求 ;而且对于工程师来说 ,只单纯的计算消防系统的某一独立部分是不够的 ,应该把整个建筑物作为一个整体来考虑 ,把每一部分的消防措施放到一个整体中去分析 ;以前和现在仍然到处可见建筑物的结构耐火性能根本不考虑水喷淋的因素 ,水喷淋也不考虑烟控系统 ,烟控系统也不考虑建筑材料和装饰材料的因素。国际上在 2 0世纪 80年代初提出了建立“以性能为基础”的防火规范的概念。我国从 1996年开始也开展了这方面的研究工作。文章将对有关性能化建筑防火规范研究情况的认识作简要介绍 ,由于相关资料不很充分 ,认识难免偏颇 ,敬请指正。
