对湖北、湖南、浙江、江苏等省部分高等院校的280名体育教师的组织承诺,离职意愿及职业生涯发展阶段进行了调查。有效数据被试247名,男性占68%,女性占32%;平均年龄34岁。对有效数据进行多元回归分析,表明普通高校体育教师职业生涯发展的第2阶段(在适应成长阶段),规范承诺能够有效地预测离职意愿;在职业生涯发展的第3阶段(即在快速发展阶段),情感承诺能够有效地预测离职意愿。因此,在体育教师的适应成长阶段提高其规范承诺、在快速发展阶段提高其情感承诺可降低其离职意愿,这将为高校体育院系的有效管理提供一定的依据。
280 PE teachers in Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces and some institutions of higher education were asked about their organizational commitment, intention to leave their job and stage of their career development. The effective data were 247 subjects, male 68%, female 32%; average age 34 years old. Multiple regression analysis of available data shows that the second phase of career development of PE teachers in ordinary colleges (in the stage of adaptation growth), normative commitment can effectively predict the intention of resignation; in the third stage of career development (ie in the rapid development stage ), Emotional commitment can effectively predict the intention to resign. Therefore, improving the normative commitment of physical education teachers during the stage of their adaptation and growth and their willingness to leave their sentiments during the period of rapid development can reduce their willingness to leave. This will provide some evidences for the effective management of physical education faculties in colleges and universities.
