1984年9月我队对一台柳州第二空压机厂79年出厂的LGY20—10/7型螺杆压缩机进行探讨性修理,因该机达不到额定排气压力,先后辗转了两个地质队都长期搁置不用。经初步试车确认,做动力的柴油机性能良好,拖动压缩机额定的排气表压力达不到7kgf/cm~2,当排气表压力仅达5.2kgf/cm~2时,柴油机就因拖不动负荷在排浓烟的同时停止了运行。显然,压缩机消耗功率远远超过了所需的额定值。为了分析和查找无用功率的消耗,正确判断故障,我们对其消耗能量的分配系统进行了计算。
