一、TFA填料的组成及技术指标 密封填料应具有弹性和抗磨性。对一种密封填料的评价好坏,关键在于这两项指标是否能满足使用要求。 碳纤维增强聚四氟乙烯自润滑密封填料(简称TFA填料)是以石棉绳和碳纤维增强的聚四氟乙烯组成。原来使用的聚四氟乙烯具有较好的耐低、高温性能(可在180~250℃范围内长期工作)。有突出的化学稳定性。但由于它自身缺乏弹性,因而用作密封填料,有一定的局限性。如我厂三车间主机输入和输出轴用它作动密封,效果不太好。 碳纤维由于本身是乱层石墨结构,不仅具有石墨的自润滑性能,而且有许多指标优于石墨。故用于增强各种基体,制得相应的复合材料。
