由于学生的家庭环境不同,从小所受教育不同,所以个性发展有差异,智力开发有差异,学习习惯风格有差异,这就形成了学生学习的个体差异。这些差异导致每个班级中都会出现“脚步慢”的同学。我们都知道在新的教学理念中,教育的根本目的是促进每个孩子发展,基于此,帮助“脚步慢”的同学跟上队伍,更成了我们教学中的重中之重。因此,静等春来,静待花开,便成了一道独特的风景线。
Due to the different family environment of students, they have different education from an early age, so there are differences in personality development, differences in intellectual development, and differences in learning habits, which form the individual differences in student learning. These differences lead to “slow paced” classmates in each class. We all know that in the new teaching philosophy, the fundamental purpose of education is to promote the development of every child.
