目的 :探讨芪丹通脉片对动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉和单个核细胞CD4 0的影响 .方法 :将 72只SD雄性大鼠随机分为 6个实验组 :阴性对照组 (n =1 2 )给以普通饮食 ,模型组(n =1 2 )给予高脂、高胆固醇饮食 ,其余 4组在给予高脂、高胆固醇饮食建立动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型同时分为芪丹通脉片低剂量组 [0 .36g/ (kg·d) ]、中剂量组 [1 .0 8g/ (kg·d) ]、高剂量组[3.2 4g/ (kg·d) ]和阳性对照辛伐他丁组 [4mg/ (kg·d) ].1 6wk后通过RT PCR检测大鼠主动脉及单个核细胞上CD4 0表达 .结果 :模型组CD4 0表达明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;给予芪丹通脉片大鼠CD4 0表达显著降低 ,高浓度组结果接近辛伐他丁组 .结论 :动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉及单个核细胞CD4 0表达增强 ,使用芪丹通脉片可降低CD4 0表达 ,其低、中、高浓度组CD4 0表达依次减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) .
Objective: To investigate the effects of Qidan Tongmai Tablet on CD4 0 in aorta and mononuclear cells of atherosclerotic rats. Tongmai tablets can reduce the expression of CD4 0, and the expression of CD4 0 in the low, medium and high concentration groups decreased in turn (P < 0.05).
