目的探讨龙牡洗剂的体外抗菌作用。方法按《中国药典》2005版洗剂项下配制洗剂并进行性状鉴别、pH值检查、特征鉴别实验、稳定性实验、留样常温观察及过敏实验,保证制剂稳定、安全。以临床皮肤科常见致病菌为受试菌,测定洗剂最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果龙牡洗剂的MIC、MBC接近,白色念珠菌为0.0625g/ml,金黄色葡萄球菌0.125g/ml,绿脓杆菌0.125g/ml,毛癣菌属、小孢子菌属、表皮癣菌属、青霉属、交链孢属为0.0625g/ml,显示强力抗菌活性。结论龙牡洗剂有一定的抑菌和杀菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antimicrobial effect of Longmu lotion in vitro. Methods According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2005 version of the lotion under the preparation of lotion and traits identification, pH value inspection, characterization experiments, stability experiments, stay sample temperature observation and allergy experiments to ensure the preparation is stable and safe. The common pathogenic bacteria in clinical dermatology as test bacteria, determination of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results The results showed that MIC and MBC of Longtong lotion were close to that of Candida albicans 0.0625g / ml, Staphylococcus aureus 0.125g / ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 0.125g / ml, Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp. Genus Penicillium, Alternaria is 0.0625g / ml, showing strong antibacterial activity. Conclusion Long-Mo lotion has a certain antibacterial and bactericidal effect.
