对2艘远洋运输轮上共67名船员实施了营养教育,膳食指导和服用特制航海食品等营养保障措施的实验研究.结果表明,船员的膳食结构和营养缺乏状况得到明显改善,有效地防治了口腔溃疡、牙龈肿痛出血等维生素缺乏症,血脂水平降低,体重改变无显著性意义.航海营养保障措施效果良好.
A pilot study on nutritional security measures, nutrition instruction, dietary guidance and special nautical food were conducted on a total of 67 crew members of 2 ocean-going transport ships.The results showed that the crew’s dietary structure and nutritional deficiencies have been significantly improved and effective control of Mouth ulcers, swollen gums and other vitamin deficiency disorders, lower blood lipid levels, weight changes no significant significance.Nautical nutrition protection measures with good results.
