全球西尼罗病毒毒株基因组种系发生分析(英文)

目的分析世界各地西尼罗病毒(WNV)的基因组特征,探索该病毒在不同地域及宿主间的传播规律。方法根据目前所有WNV全长基因组编码序列,利用BioEdit和MEGA软件,分析不同来源毒株之间的遗传联系。结果根据种系发生分析结果,全球WNV共存在4种谱系流行。其中主要的谱系1毒株在6大洲广泛流行,并按地域划分为不同的分支或簇。而谱系2-4毒株较少,主要在非洲和东欧流行。以部分分类明确的毒株为参考,进一步对不同地域、宿主的WNV毒株进行分析,证明部分WNV毒株分布具有一定地方性。结论从基因组水平证明全球WNV毒株具有明显的遗传多样性,对病毒基因组分析有助于追溯其它地区新发和再发WNV病毒的进化以及传播路径。 Objective To analyze the genomic characteristics of West Nile virus (WNV) in different parts of the world and explore the regularity of the virus in different regions and hosts. Methods Based on the complete coding sequence of all WNV genomes, BioEdit and MEGA software were used to analyze the genetic relationships among different strains. Results According to the results of phylogenetic analysis, four WNV prevalence strains coexisted in the world. The major lineage 1 strains are prevalent in 6 continents and are divided into different branches or clusters by geographical area. The lineage 2-4 strains less, mainly in Africa and Eastern Europe. Taking the partially classified strains as reference, the WNV strains in different regions and hosts were further analyzed, which proved that the distribution of some WNV strains was endemic. Conclusion Genomic levels of WNV strains worldwide have demonstrated significant genetic diversity and genomic analysis of the virus can help to trace the evolution and transmission pathways of new and recurrent WNV viruses in other regions.
