所谓人性化管理,就是一种在整个企业管理过程中充分注意人性要素,以充分开掘人的潜能为己任的管理模式。至于其具体内容,可以包含很多要素,如对人的尊重,充分的物质激励和精神激励,给人提供各种成长与发展机会,注重企业与个人的双赢战略,制订员工的生涯规划等,本文对国有企业人性化管理的内涵及存在问题进行剖析,并就国有企业如何有效实施人性化管理提出相应的对策建议。
