合肥三洋公司不断解放思想、变革创新,自2008年初提出“3351”发展战略目标以来,年平均营业收入增长率保持60%以上,到2010年,合肥三洋公司实现销售收入30亿元,净利润3.1亿元。预计到“十二五”末,合肥三洋将实现销售收入200亿元,利税20亿元。合肥三洋营销公司拥有一支五百多人的销售精英队伍,科学的销售政策制定以及长期激励考核方式使得这支队伍近年来不断开拓、屡创佳绩。本文结合合肥三洋销售人员相关业绩考核,通过相关理论知识分析销售人员考核特点。
