超强混合溶剂(CS2-NMP)对煤具有很强的抽提能力,可抽出煤及镜质组中大部分沥青质组分.通过研究镜质组及其抽余物的瞬时热解产物特征,可加深对于镜质组支链结构及其分布特征的认识.选取了几个典型低成熟煤样并通过手选的方法富集其中的镜质组,进行不同溶剂连续抽提实验.并对镜质组及其超强混合溶剂抽余物进行了瞬时热解-色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)实验.结果表明,超强混合溶剂对镜质组的抽提率明显大于其他普通溶剂.混合溶剂抽余物瞬时热解C7+液态烃产率明显下降,同时热解产物中各组分所占的比例也有明显变化.混合溶剂抽提后脂肪烃产率,尤其是高碳数脂肪烃产率明显降低.由此可见,可抽提沥青质组分对于瞬时热解产物、尤其是正构脂肪烃组分具有重要贡献.
Ultra-strong mixed solvents (CS2-NMP) have strong extraction ability for coal and can extract most of the asphaltene components in coal and vitrinite.According to the characteristics of instant pyrolysis products of vitrinite and its raffinate , Which can deepen the understanding of the branching structure of the vitrinite and its distribution characteristics.Several typical low-mature coal samples were selected and the vitrinite groups were enriched by hand-selection, and the experiments of different solvent extraction were carried out. The results of Py-GC / MS experiments show that the extraction rate of the super-strong mixed solvent to the vitrinite is obviously higher than that of other common solvents .The instantaneous pyrolysis of mixed solvents raffinate C7 + liquid hydrocarbon yield decreased significantly, while the proportion of the pyrolysis products in each component also has a significant change.After mixed solvent extraction aliphatic hydrocarbon yield, especially high carbon number aliphatic hydrocarbons As a result, the yield of extractable asphaltenes is significantly contributed to the instantaneous pyrolysis products, especially the n-alkane.
