采用数值模拟的方法对冲击腔上游冲击产生的横流对下游冲击射流的影响进行了研究.结果表明,①随横流增大,射流冲击靶面平均努塞尔数呈现复杂的变化规律.②横流对冲击靶面平均努塞尔数的影响主要体现在两个方面:随横流雷诺数增大,冲击下游的拉伸涡对强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,对换热的影响也是先增大后减小;横流使冲击射流偏移,导致高换热区域后移.③射流和横流对于换热强度的影响随着横流增大不断变化,造成冲击靶面复杂的换热规律.
The numerical simulation method was used to study the effect of cross flow on the impinging jets downstream of the impingement chamber.The results show that: (1) The average Nusselt number of impinging targets shows a complex variation with the increase of cross flow.②The cross flow The influence of the average Nusselt number on the target surface is mainly reflected in two aspects. With the increase of the cross-flow Reynolds number, the tensile vortex intensity at the downstream of the impingement first increases and then decreases, and the influence on the heat transfer increases first The cross flow reduces the impinging jets and leads to the high heat transfer area to move backward.③The influence of jet and cross flow on the heat transfer intensity changes with the increase of cross flow, resulting in the complicated heat transfer law of impact target surface.
