以上海中心城区徐汇区为例,通过水资源供需分析,剖析了水资源管理中存在的一些问题,并从节约用水、改善水质、进行水资源合理调度、重视城市化水文效应、发展数字管理技术等角度探讨了中心城区进一步加强水资源管理的途径,旨在为中心城区的水资源供需管理提供决策的客观依据。 Taking Xuhui District in downtown Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzes some problems existing in water resources management through the analysis of water supply and demand, and from the aspects of water conservation, water quality improvement, reasonable water resource allocation, emphasis on urbanization hydrological effects and development of digital management technologies This paper discusses the ways of further strengthening water resources management in central urban area and aims at providing an objective basis for the decision-making of water resources supply and demand management in downtown area.
