目前气象自动站中风杆为10 m固定钢管,并用拉丝稳固。由于风杆是固定的,对风向、风速仪维修及风杆上漆维护时需要将风杆放倒。放倒风杆进行维护维修后再竖立时,需要四五人同时施工,耗费人力物力。基于此,有针对性地研制一套斜拉卷扬设备,在2个人的操作下可以安全可靠地将风杆竖立放倒,达到节省人力物力的目的。基于此,介绍此套设备的设计方案、结构组成及实施方案。而且经过多次实地实验检验,此套设备安全可靠,可以将其推广应用到日常的自动气象站风杆维护维修中。
