X油田在4口稠油井上应用井下电热带技术,现场应用结果表明,井下电热带技术具有防蜡降粘效果好、适用范围广的特点,相对于井下电热油管具有节电潜力大的优点。但在应用初期,由于加热工作制度不合理,油井出口温度高,产生了原油脱气现象严重的现象。为了保证油井的正常生产,同时最大限度地降低能耗,有必要根据产出液的温度变化情况摸索出合理的加热周期。
X Oilfield applies downhole electric heating technology in 4 heavy oil wells, and the field application shows that the downhole electric heating technology has the advantages of good anti-wax viscosity-reducing effect and wide application range, and has the advantages of large energy-saving potential compared with the underground electric heating oil pipe. However, in the initial stage of application, due to the unreasonable heating system and the high outlet temperature of the oil well, the phenomenon of degassing of crude oil is serious. In order to ensure the normal production of the well and at the same time minimize the energy consumption, it is necessary to find a reasonable heating cycle according to the temperature change of the output fluid.
