近年来,军队的管理模式逐渐引入一些高职高专和中等职业学校。作为一名曾参与重庆市铜梁职业教育中心准军事化管理长达5年的教育工作者,通过对其的研究,我发现中等职业学校实施准军事化管理,在学生的安全、稳定、行为习惯的养成方面有着重要的作用。但是由于对准军事化管理内涵理解不足,很多学校逐渐偏离教育方向,出现了学生丧失主体地位,教学质量下降,教育失控、教师教学死板、管理机制僵化等一系列问题。
