膳食纤维与糖尿病的研究进展

膳食纤维是人类“第七大营养素”,与人类健康关系密切.近年来研究证实,膳食纤维的摄入与糖尿病的发病率和病死率呈负相关,且能控制糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及脂类代谢紊乱.该文对膳食纤维的定义和分类、降血糖的作用及机制、膳食纤维的选择和适宜摄入量进行总结,为临床工作者提供参考,指导糖尿病患者合理饮食.
