以用于交直交飞机VSCF电源系统的SPWM逆变器作为研究对象。利用数字计算机对自然采样SPWM过程进行了数值分析,得到SPWM逆变器输出电压频谱与脉宽调制参数(M、N)之间的关系。同时,数值分析考虑了GTR存贮时间t_s和导通延迟时间t_0对SRWM频谱的影响。选择新型功率开关器件—功率MOSFET构成小容量VSCF电源的逆变器。并给出两种高效、可靠的功率MQSFET栅极驱动电路及逆变器的试验特性,
The SPWM inverter used in the cross-aircraft VSCF power system is taken as the research object. The digital computer was used to analyze the natural sampling SPWM process, and the relationship between SPWM inverter output voltage spectrum and pulse width modulation parameters (M, N) was obtained. Meanwhile, the numerical analysis considers the effect of GTR storage time t_s and on-delay time t_0 on the SRWM spectrum. Select a new type of power switching devices - Power MOSFETs constitute a small capacity VSCF power inverter. The experimental characteristics of two efficient and reliable power MQSFET gate drive circuits and inverters are given.
