一、培训组织管理方面1.培训管理部门职责履行差强人意的原因,培训者地位被动的主要原因是企业管理层面对企业培训重视不够。(1)重视程度不够,认为员工培训没有实质效果,员工能力增强反而增加了员工被挖或主动跳槽的危险,那么培训的花费对企业是得不偿失的,企业的最终目的是为了盈利,建筑企业,新技术、新材料、新技术更新速度慢,原有技术水平已经可以生产需要,培训方面的投入不像设备和材料看作一种资源,仅仅当作企业成本。
