目的:观察补肾活血颗粒对去势大鼠血生化一般指标钙(Ca)、磷(P)、雌激素(E2),骨形成指标碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP),骨吸收指标抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP5b)、I型胶原C端肽(CTX)、羟赖氨酸糖苷(GHYL)的影响。方法:取24只雌性大鼠切除卵巢造成骨质疏松模型,随机分成补佳乐组、模型对照组、假手术组、补肾活血组4组,各组对应给予补佳乐、0.9%氯化钠溶液、0.9%氯化钠溶液、补肾活血方灌胃3个月,采用全自动生化检测Ca、P、ALP,用ELISA方法检测E2、TRAP5b、BGP、CTX、GHYL。结果:应用补肾活血颗粒后大鼠血生化一般指标Ca、P下降,E2升高,成骨细胞分泌的骨形成指标ALP、BGP升高,胶原蛋白的分解产物CTX、GHYL有所升高,而破骨细胞分泌的TRAP5b并没有明显改变。结论:从血生化可以推测补肾活血颗粒对增强成骨细胞分化增值及活性功能作用明显,而对破骨细胞作用并不显著。
Objective: To observe the effects of Bushen Huoxue granule on calcium, phosphorus, estrogen (E2), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BGP) Absorption of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP5b), type I collagen C-terminal peptide (CTX), hydroxylysine glucoside (GHYL). METHODS: Twenty-four female rats were ovariectomized (OVX) -induced osteoporosis model and randomly divided into naloxone group, model control group, sham operation group and Bushenhuoxue group. Each group received naloxone, 0.9% sodium chloride Solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution and Bushen Huoxue recipe for 3 months. The serum levels of Ca, P and ALP were detected by automatic biochemical methods. E2, TRAP5b, BGP, CTX and GHYL were detected by ELISA. Results: After using Bushen Huoxue Granule, the general indexes of blood biochemistry in rats decreased, Ca and P decreased, E2 increased, ALP and BGP increased in osteoblasts, CTX and GHYL in collagen decreased TRAP5b secreted by osteoclasts did not change significantly. Conclusion: From blood biochemistry, we can conclude that “Bushen Huoxue Granule” has obvious effect on increasing differentiation and activity of osteoblasts, but not osteoclasts.
