江西铜业公司东乡铜矿设计了如下图所示的脱钩装置,经几年的使用证明,脱钩平稳、安全可靠。不少铸造车间使用落锤式碎铁机破碎废旧铸件回炉重熔。一般落锤式碎铁机应用“碰杆”实现自动脱钩。这种装置虽然简单,但使用过程中脱钩高度不能随意调节,不能控制重锤上升过程中的旋转及摆动,脱钩突然发生,产生撞击和振动,对机架不利。简易脱钩装置工作时,卷扬机通过提升钢绳将重锤提升至一定高度后,钢绳3起作用。由于提升钢绳继续上升,故钩杆5绕钩杆吊环4转动,实现自动脱钩。由于钢绳3的作用,重锤在上升过程中仅在开始阶段稍有转动,其转动角也不会超过60°,以后就停止转动了。故脱钩平稳,落锤准确,特别适应于提升钢绳使用滑轮组的情况。同时,钢绳系绕性材质,故脱钩不会突然发生,不会出现碰杆式脱钩那样的撞击和振
