目的探讨新兵高强度体能考核前后血细胞和电解质的变化,为新兵合理安排体能训练和考核提供依据。方法随机选择90名2014年入伍新兵,9月1日进行体能训练,11月10日行高强度体能考核测试。在高强度体能考核前(体能训练10周后)、考核后即刻、考核后72 h检测血中WBC、RBC、Hb、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血K~(+)、Na~(+)、C~(1-)、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、P~(3-)、乳酸(LA)水平。结果新兵高强度体能考核后即刻与考核前比较,WBC、CRP、Ca~(2+)、P~(3-)、LA显著升高,K~(+)、Na~(+)显著降低(P<0.05),PLT极显著升高,RBC、Hb、C~(1-)极显著降低(P<0.01)。考核后72 h与考核后即刻比较,WBC、CRP、PLT显著降低,Hb、C~(1-)显著升高(P<0.05),LA、Ca~(2+)、P~(3-)极显著降低,K~(+)极显著升高(P<0.01);Na~(+)、RBC虽升高,但差异无统计学意义。Mg~(2+)在考核前后无明显变化。结论高强度体能训练对血细胞和电解质、LA有显著影响,应科学合理安排军事训练,防止运动性疲劳的发生,提高部队战斗力。
Objective To explore the changes of blood cells and electrolytes before and after high-intensity physical fitness assessment of recruits, and provide the basis for the new recruits to arrange physical training and assessment reasonably. Methods Ninety new recruits were enrolled in 2014, physical fitness training was conducted on September 1, and high-intensity physical fitness test was performed on November 10. The levels of WBC, RBC, Hb, C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood K +, Na + (superscript +) in blood were measured immediately after the examination and immediately after 72 hours after examination in high intensity physical examination (physical training 10 weeks) ), C ~ (1 -), Ca ~ (2 +), Mg ~ (2 +), P ~ (3-) and lactic acid (LA) Results The scores of WBC, CRP, Ca ~ (2 +), P ~ (3 -) and LA were significantly increased and K ~ (+) and Na ~ (+ P <0.05). PLT was significantly increased, RBC, Hb, C ~ (1 -) significantly decreased (P <0.01). The levels of WBC, CRP and PLT in Hb and C ~ (1-) were significantly increased (P <0.05), LA, Ca ~ (2 +) and P ~ (3-) (P <0.01). Na ~ (+) and RBC increased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Mg ~ (2+) had no significant changes before and after the examination. Conclusion High-intensity physical training has a significant effect on blood cells, electrolytes and LA. It is necessary to arrange military training in a scientific and reasonable manner to prevent the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue and improve the combat effectiveness of the troops.
