以1对同核异质玉米C103自交系为试材,采用离体叶片法检测适宜浓度的玉米小斑病菌C小种(HMC)毒素培养滤液来诱导玉米的抗病性。结果表明:对照的玉米病斑面积是处理组的7.9~12.2倍,差异极显著,并以1∶60预处理效果最佳;经0~72 h的动态检测,与对照相比,诱导玉米的过氧化物酶活性平均提高了57.8%,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性平均提高了52.9%,有害物质丙二醛的含量平均降低了38.2%;低浓度HMC毒素培养滤液能够作为激发子诱导专化寄主玉米获得抗病性。
A pair of isonuclear heterogeneous inbred line C103 was used as material to detect the disease resistance of maize by using the leaf culture method to detect the suitable concentration of HMC toxin culture filtrate. The results showed that the area of the control corn was 7.9-12.2 times that of the control group, the difference was significant, and the effect of 1:60 pretreatment was the best.
