1 病例报告患者 ,男 ,2 5岁。因双侧耳下肿痛一天而入院。肿胀以耳垂为中心 ,向前、后、下发展 ,张口或咀嚼时疼痛加重 ,伴咽部不适。无发热。既往“无流行性腮腺炎病史”。体查 :体温 37℃ ,脉搏 88次 /ｍｉｎ ,呼吸 18次 /ｍｉｎ ,血压 14 0 / 70ｍｍＨｇ。精神差 ,全身浅表
