对29名举重运动员10周短期举重训练表明,训练不会使肌纤维数量增加,多年训练(6~8年)亦未见对肌纤维数量与对照组和短期训练组存在差别。
Short-term weight training of a total of 29 weightlifters showed that the training did not increase the number of muscle fibers. There was no difference in the number of muscle fibers between the control group and the short-term training group after many years of training (6-8 years).
