用多种实验模型,观察了白眉蝮蛇毒类凝血酶对急慢性炎症的影响。结果表明:其能抑制冰醋酸、二甲苯、蛋清所致的急性渗出性炎症,对慢性肉芽组织增生的炎症也有明显的抑制作用。能增加小鼠的免疫器官重量,明显提高小鼠对静注碳粒的廊清指数,增强网状内皮系统功能的活性,提示其抗炎作用与免疫促进作用有关。
A variety of experimental models were used to observe the effects of thrombin on the acute and chronic inflammation. The results showed that it can inhibit the acute exudative inflammation caused by glacial acetic acid, xylene, and egg white, and also have a significant inhibitory effect on the inflammation of chronic granulation tissue hyperplasia. It can increase the weight of mice’s immune organs, significantly improve the mice’s index of Langfangqing with intravenous injection of carbon particles, and enhance the activity of the reticuloendothelial system, suggesting that its anti-inflammatory effect is related to the immune promotion.
