随着对肉毒食物中毒认识及鉴别诊断能力的提高,在我省肉毒食物中毒的发现也越来越多。因此,调查掌握本地区产毒肉毒梭菌及其菌型在自然环境中的分布状况,对防治肉毒食物中毒具有重要意义。于1981—1982年间对我省部份地区的土壤、海泥、海产品,粮食及一些食品等进行了肉毒梭菌污染情况调查,现将结果报告如下:
With the understanding of botulism food poisoning and differential diagnosis, the discovery of botulism food poisoning in our province is also more and more. Therefore, investigating and grasping the distribution of Clostridium botulinum and its fungi in the natural environment in the region is of great significance for the prevention and control of botulism food poisoning. Investigation of Clostridium botulinum contamination in soil, sea mud, seafood, foodstuffs and some foods in some areas of our province from 1981 to 1982, the results are reported as follows:
