医院工作人员偶然被针头刺伤可引起严重医院性疾病,特别是传染性肝炎。但关于这种特殊原因的损害很少报导,作者对该院47个月期间内工作人员受针头刺伤者作回顾性分析。目的是鉴定那些工作人员及职业活动易于发生针头刺伤,并确定发病率,经济损失及这种损伤的近代处理。基于这些发现订出合理的予防方针。数据的来源与方法:威斯康辛大学医院有548床位,是该校主要教学医院。医院工作人员,凡与工作有关的事故均需向办公室报告。复习在47个月期间的报告,95%的针头刺伤均记录有事故发生的周围环境及处理方法。
Occasionally hospital staff may be stabbed by a needle which can cause serious hospital-related illness, especially infectious hepatitis. However, little is known about the damage caused by this particular cause. The authors retrospectively analyzed the needle-stick injuries of the hospital staff during the 47-month period. The purpose is to identify those prone to needle stick injuries for staff and occupational activities and to determine morbidity, economic loss and the modern treatment of such injuries. Based on these findings, we will formulate a reasonable preemptive approach. Sources and Methods of Data: The University of Wisconsin Hospital has 548 beds and is the school’s main teaching hospital. Hospital staff, all work-related incidents are required to report to the office. Review of the report during the 47-month period, 95% of the needle puncture were recorded the circumstances surrounding the accident and treatment.
