随着市场竞争的日益加剧,越来越多的企业开始重视物流管理与供应链管理。为了提高管理效率,国內外的很多企业都采用平衡计分卡来进行供应链的绩效管理,以实现企业战略。本文从几个基本理念之间的关系入手,提出在供应链管理环境下整合物流计划与平衡计分卡以完善绩效管理,优化整合了平衡计分卡、物流计划和企业战略目标之间的关系,从而得出结论,希望给业界人士以启示。
With the increasing competition in the market, more and more companies have begun to attach importance to logistics management and supply chain management. In order to improve management efficiency, many companies at home and abroad have adopted the Balanced Scorecard to perform performance management of the supply chain in order to achieve corporate strategy. This article starts with the relationship between several basic concepts, proposes integrating logistics plans and balanced scorecards in the supply chain management environment to improve performance management, and optimizes and integrates the relationship between balanced scorecards, logistics plans, and corporate strategic goals. This leads to conclusions and hopes to inspire people in the industry.
