本文采用能量法通过若干步进小变形积累计算双楔形锻件非稳态辊锻时的展宽变形,总结出了展宽系数随相对压下量和坯料宽高比的变化规律,并用数学回归法得出了展宽系数的计算公式。模拟试验及工程实用证明,该方法可行、准确、实用,对于指导辊锻工艺与工装设计具有重要意义。
In this paper, the energy law was used to calculate the deformation deformation of the double wedge-shaped forging under unsteady roll forging process by a small amount of incremental step deformation.
