铝合金材料因其性能突出得到广泛使用,而压铸技术可以大大提高生产效率。利用Flow-3D仿真软件对浇注系统进行充型过程的仿真。分析结果,发现原设计可能存在的缺陷,通过优化溢流槽获得较好的浇注系统,减小表面缺陷发生可能性。仿真结果表明,优化溢流槽后得到的模型可以有效降低表面缺陷,提高铸件的质量,在理论和实际生产中都具有一定意义。
Aluminum alloy materials are widely used because of their outstanding performance, and die-casting technology can greatly improve the production efficiency. Flow-3D simulation software for filling system simulation of filling process. According to the analysis results, the possible defects of the original design were found. The better pouring system was obtained by optimizing the overflow groove to reduce the possibility of surface defects. The simulation results show that optimizing the model after the overflow tank can effectively reduce the surface defects and improve the quality of castings, both in theory and in actual production have a certain significance.
