本文对09Mn_2VCuRE钢的等温试样进行了光学显微镜、透射电镜观查.得到粒状贝氏体铁素体具有下列特征:1) 成针片结构;2) 针片边缘比较平直;3) 针片内有较高密度位错;4) 针片同奥氏体母相有K-s取向关系;5) 针片不穿越母相晶界;6) 一束平行针片相互取向一致或成孪晶关系;7) 粒状贝氏体铁素体的发展主要是依靠形成新针,先析出针片后来没有明显地展宽.因此认为此钢中的粒状贝氏体转变不是块状转变,而是有扩散的切变相变,应归于贝氏体转变范畴.
In this paper, the isothermal specimens of 09Mn_2VCuRE steel were observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The granular bainitic ferrite has the following features: 1) needle structure, 2) flat edge of needle, 3) needle There is a higher density of dislocations; 4) needle with austenite parent Ks orientation; 5) needle does not cross the parent grain boundaries; 6) a bundle of parallel needle mutual orientation consistent or twins relationship; 7) The development of granular bainitic ferrite relies mainly on the formation of new needles, and the first precipitation of the needle does not significantly broaden thereafter, so that the granular bainite transformation in this steel is not a massive transformation but a diffused Disguised change, should be attributed to bainite transformation.
