对四钼酸铵的晶体结构及其加工性能进行了分析 ,指出 :晶体形貌呈球形的α型四钼酸铵和呈针棒形的 β型四钼酸铵不适合焙解还原一次完成的转炉生产 ,而且加工性能差 ;晶体形貌呈平行四边形长方体 (2 0 %α +80 % β)型四钼酸铵适合焙解还原一次完成的转炉生产 ,而且加工性能优良。
The crystal structure and processing properties of ammonium tetramolybdate were analyzed. It was pointed out that the α-type ammonium tetramolybdate with spherical morphology and the needle-shaped β-type ammonium tetramolybdate were not suitable for the one-time completion of roasting and reduction Converter and poor processing performance; the crystal morphology is parallelogram rectangular parallelepiped (20% α +80% β) type ammonium molybdate is suitable for roasting and reduction once completed converter production, and the processing performance is excellent.
