[目的]掌握并剖析德格县疾病预防控制工作的现状,为该县制定疾病预控策略提供参考。[方法]设计调查分析和信息采集表,采取查阅相关资料,走访相关人员,实地考察,以获取当地有关公共卫生与疾病预防控制基本信息,进行对照类比分析内因探究。[结果]研究表明:德格县地广人稀,经济落后,卫生资源缺乏,近两年已证实有动物间鼠疫流行,包虫病患病率14.56‰,大骨节病成人患病率高达30.08%,布鲁菌病、氟中毒、碘缺乏病等流行情况尚不十分明了;肺结核、艾滋病防治发展不平衡,检测率低,发现率不高。突发公共卫生事件处置成本偏高,健康知识普及率低。[结论]着力解决制约疾病预防控制体系的网底建设、硬件建设、人才队伍建设等瓶颈问题是地方政府改善公共卫生服务、落实惠民政策的首要任务;抓好地方病防治、加强免疫规划、强化传染病管理、普及健康卫生防病知识是当地卫生行政部门的核心工作。
[Objective] To master and analyze the status quo of disease prevention and control in Dege County and provide references for the county to make strategies for disease control. [Methods] Design investigation and information collection table, take the relevant information, visit the relevant personnel, field visits to obtain local public health and disease prevention and control of basic information, comparative analysis of the internal cause of exploration. [Results] The study shows that Dege County is sparsely populated, economically backward and lack of health resources. In the recent two years, the epidemic of plague has been confirmed. The prevalence of hydatid disease is 14.56%, and the prevalence of adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease is as high as 30.08 %, Brucellosis, fluorosis, iodine deficiency disorders and other epidemic is not yet clear; tuberculosis, AIDS prevention and control of the development of the imbalance, the detection rate is low, the detection rate is not high. The cost of disposal of public health emergencies is high, and the popularization rate of health knowledge is low. [Conclusion] It is the primary task for local governments to improve public health services and implement the policy of benefiting the people by focusing on solving the bottlenecks that restrict the system of disease control and prevention, such as the construction of the network, hardware construction, and the building of qualified personnel. The prevention and control of endemic diseases, the strengthening of immunization programs, The management of infectious diseases and the popularization of knowledge on health, hygiene and disease prevention are the core tasks of the local health administrative departments.
