电机的定、转子冲片对尺寸精度和毛刺大小要求比较高,加工中必须严格控制影响尺寸和毛刺的因素,冲模间隙就是重要因素之一。 一般电机行业冲裁0.5mm硅钢片的凸凹模间隙,多采用0.04~0.06mm或0.05~0.07mm,即z/t=8%~14%(z是双面间隙,t是材料厚度)。我厂过去也是如此,而且习惯地认为造成毛刺大的主要因素是凸凹模间隙大,因而在模具制造中,尽量把间隙控制在下限。 今年以来,我厂在Y系列电机试制中,对0.5mm硅钢片冲裁间隙的合理值进行了一些试验探讨。情况如下:
