文化创意产业是在全球化背景下产生的以创造力为核心的新兴产业,具有高知识性、高附加值、强融合性等特征,其发展规模和程度已成为衡量城市竞争力的重要标志。当前,各地文化创意产业发展取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在着发展理念有待提升、政府投入亟待增加、品牌价值有待提高、商业模式需要创新、产业集聚有待提高、引进和培养人才刻不容缓等一系列问题,只有解决好这些问题,才能推动文化创意产业健康发展。笔者通过对通
Cultural and creative industries are emerging industries with creativity as the core, which are produced in the context of globalization. They are characterized by high knowledge, high added value and strong integration. Their scale and extent of development have become important indicators of the competitiveness of cities. At present, there have been some successes in the development of cultural and creative industries in various places, but there are still some problems to be solved in the development of the concept of development.
