目的:对140例肝病患者血清进行联合检测。方法:用放免法分组联合检测肝病患者血清甘胆酸(CG)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘素(LN)、β2微球蛋白(β2MG)和铁蛋白(Fe)值。结果:CG和β2MG在LC组比其它各组差异有显著性(P<0.05);HA和LN在CAH、LC和HCC组比其它各组差异有显著性(P<0.05);HA和LN在CAH、LC和HCC组比其它各组差异有显著性(P<0.05);Fe在HCC组比其它各组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:该方法对肝病的早期诊断、预后和鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义
Objective: To detect the serum of 140 patients with liver disease. Methods: Serum levels of glycocholate (CG), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), β2microglobulin (β2MG) and ferritin (Fe) were determined by radioimmunoassay in patients with liver disease. Results: The differences of CG and β2MG between LC group and other groups were significant (P <0.05). HA and LN in CAH, LC and HCC groups were significantly different from other groups (P <0.05 ). HA and LN in CAH, LC and HCC groups were significantly different from other groups (P <0.05). Fe in HCC group was significantly different from other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: This method has important clinical significance for the early diagnosis, prognosis and differential diagnosis of liver disease
