对盾构液压系统中气泡的危害及防治方法进行研究,阐明液压系统中气泡的产生机理,详细分析气泡在盾构液压系统中的危害方式。最后结合盾构液压系统中气泡产生途径,提出有效抑制气泡产生的方法,对盾构液压系统的选型设计及维护具有一定指导意义。
Study on the hazards of bubble in the shield hydraulic system and the prevention and cure methods, clarify the generation mechanism of the bubbles in the hydraulic system, and analyze in detail the ways of the bubbles in the shield hydraulic system. Finally, combining with the way of bubble generation in the shield hydraulic system, the method of effectively suppressing bubble generation is proposed, which is of guiding significance to the design and maintenance of shield hydraulic system.
