轨道交通12号线利津路站在地墙施工期间,端头井盾构孔位置一幅地墙出现全断面厚0.7m夹泥加沙层的质量缺陷。该缺陷严重影响基坑围护结构的强度、整体刚度和止水水效果。本工程选用SMW工法桩补强缺陷围护结构强度及整体刚度,H型钢拔除后盾构可顺利出洞,同时用MJS旋喷桩保证围护的止水效果。实践证明该方法取得了良好的效果,为类似工程质量缺陷治理提供了新的处理方法。
During the construction of the ground wall of Line 12 of Metro Line 12, quality defects occurred in a wall with a full cross-section of 0.7m thick mud and sand added to the ground wall at the end shield tunnel. The defects seriously affect the strength of the foundation pit retaining structure, the overall stiffness and water stop water effect. In this project, the strength and overall rigidity of the reinforcement structure with SMW method are selected to reinforce the defect. After the H-shaped steel is removed, the shield can exit the hole smoothly, and the sealing effect by the MJS jet grouting piles can be guaranteed. Practice has proved that the method has achieved good results, providing a new approach for the management of similar quality defects.
