目的:建立制八角枫高效液相指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱采用Alltech Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-缓冲液(缓冲液:0.2 g庚烷磺酸钠、3.5 g磷酸二氢钾定容至1 000 mL)作为流动相梯度洗脱。结果:建立了制八角枫的HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论:该方法稳定、准确,可靠,为制八角枫质控指标的制定提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of METHODS: Alltech Apollo C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used in the column with acetonitrile-buffer (buffer: 0.2 g sodium heptanesulfonate, 3.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate To 1 000 mL) as mobile phase gradient. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Aniseed maple were established. The methodological study accorded with the technical requirements of fingerprinting. Conclusion: The method is stable, accurate and reliable and provides a scientific basis for the establishment of the quality control index of Aniseed maple.
